Funds raised during the dinner will be used to support the St. Helens Lions Club’s community service projects.

Kick off the summer with the St. Helens Lions Club and help support community projects at a fundraiser dinner.

The club’s Spring-into-Summer dinner is set for 5-7 p.m. Saturday, May 24 at the Moose Lodge, located at 57317 Old Portland Road in Warren.

The menu will include a hamburger, baked beans and a choice of mac salad or potato salad. Tickets cost $10 per person, and can be purchased at the door or in advance by contacting St. Helens Lions Club President Mark Johnson at 503-396-1549.

Funds raised during the dinner will be used to support the club’s community service projects, including youth scholarships, sight and hearing programs and a school backpack program, as well as efforts to help out at the senior center and the food bank.
